About me

I am a psychologist, a speech therapist, a Gestalt psychotherapist, a supervisor, and a trainer. I graduated in psychology and speech therapy in Poland. I completed my psychotherapy training in Gestalt therapy at the Gestalt Foundation in Athens. Here, I was also trained in EMDR at the Trauma Institute.

I was trained in supervision at the European Center of Psychotherapeutic Studies. This center was led by Joanna and Ken Evans. I also trained in Relational Living Body by Julianne Appel-Opper in Berlin.

I am interested in Phenomenological Gestalt Psychopathology and continue my education in  IPSig, Italy.

I am a member of the European Association for Gestalt Therapist (EAGT), and an active member of the Human Rights & Social Responsibility Committee. I belong to the National Organization of Psychotherapy in Greece (NOPG) and the Hellenic Association of Gestalt Therapists (HAGT).

Lately I have also become a TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises) Provider, I trained with Deborah Brown in Brighton.

I live and work in Athens.

I meet with clients coming from different cultures, migrants, persons who experience difficulties in their family relations, people interested in personal development.

I work as a supervisor with therapists and other members of the helping professions leading supervision and training groups.

My professional experience comes from work at school, a unit for elderly people, non governmental organizations, working with volunteers and also from my private practice.

I work under constant supervision.
